Your tests sure take the guess work out of worming and choosing wormers. Your lab is also great in getting out our results so fast!

Terrific service. My horse has a touchy digestive system so the last thing I usually want to do is worm him. Results are quick and convenient with the email format.

Thanks! The service was fast and we found out quickly that our horses have strongyles... now we know what we can do to help them. I will post my results from the deworming. Deb

I was getting ready to worm my horse, Miki, since it had been over 8 weeks - and then I read your online articles about how overworming can strengthen the worms and weaken the horse's immune system (my paraphrase). So, I decided to send you the sample. I am so relieved I did, and that the results show that Miki is negative and we can wait another three months. Why put that "poison" into his system for nothing!!?? Thank you so much - also for this online chat service. I like it!

After several episodes of colic, I took my gelding to the vets at the racetrack in Grand Prairie, TX (Lone Star Park Equine Hospital) for a second opinion. In addition to finding and treating ulcers via gastroscopy, they recommended a change in hay, grain and worming. Dr. Ryan Cate insisted that I at least try your service so that I would not have to subject my horse to any unnecessary harsh chemicals that would increase his risk of digestive problems. I am very pleased with your company's customer assistance, speed of results and quality of service. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick response with my results! Nice to know I no longer need to give my horses poison every 2 months.

Received the PDF file and what a prompt reply to the stool sample I submitted. Thank you!! This is a vital part of being a diligent horse owner. We should not subject our horses to toxic wormers if they're not warranted. My horse has been recovering from Potomac Horse Fever and Laminitis, and I do not want to jeopardize his health further by worming if it isn't necessary. His results were negative, so now I know he's doing well in that regard. Dr. Byrd and his staff provide excellent customer service. What an outstanding company to do business with!!!

I have always been pleased with the service HL provides. Telephone inquiries are answered by knowledgeable people, my orders are processed quickly and efficiently, and I love having the results emailed so that I always have a record of them. I also like your prepayment option, and that you only send me the kits when it is time to test. (One less thing for me to misplace!) Thanks for helping us keep our horses healthy and un-necessarily treated with routine chemicals. Why doesn't EVERY horse owner do this?

Dr. Byrd and his staff do a REMARKABLE job in sending the results in a timely matter EVERY TIME I send in my stool sample. I have used them for OVER a year now and each time I do not get a Negative stool result which I am actually glad to see. This informs me that maybe the wormer I used 3 weeks prior doesn't work well for my horse. I have noticed certain types of wormers give me Negative stool results every time and others have given me 100, 200 and 300 eggs/gm. I have also moved my horse to an area with less horses therefore exposing less possibilities of her getting worms and ALL horses there are on a regular routine. I want to thank Dr. Byrd again for the best Lab out there for worm checking.
