I’m so happy I started
I’m so happy I started using their service instead of just blindly worming. My preference is always less chemicals whenever possible. This makes it possible. Plus, I found out an older horse has roundworms, and without testing I’m not sure I would have found out.
Also, both Ivy and the Dr. spent time explaining things to me and suggested treatment on the mare. I’m so grateful for the easy and affordable service and will for sure be a customer for a long, long time!
Before I discovered them I was thinking of getting all the stuff to do my own counts, and the pre-paid service that includes a year of consults, was less than I would have spent on all that stuff, AND, I got way better info than I would have on my own.
It is definitely worth it to keep your horses healthy!

My horses’ results came back very quickly (I mailed samples on Monday and had results on Thursday of the same week). Very impressed. Thank you! This was the first time I’ve used Horsemen’s Lab, and I’ll be back!
I have been using horsemenslab
I have been using horsemenslab and Dr. Byrd for several years. For a couple of years I used the local vet but cost was higher and I didn’t feel I was getting the service and information available that I get with horsemens lab. Thanks for helping me keep my horse’s healthy!

BEST RESOURCE EVER for horse owners! It was getting expensive to have the vet do all my fecal testing for my whole herd, but I was worried an online lab wouldn’t be as accurate. I was wrong! Horsemen’s Lab does a wonderful job, makes it very easy to collect samples, and are very fast in delivering the results. The DVM, John was so kind and informative in helping us find a dewormer that didn’t have a resistance after 2 rounds of testing came back positive even after deworming with other products. I really like not needing to call the vet out and will be a loyal customer for life. 🙂
